PhamApps operates as a centralized multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace connecting patients and customers with FDA-licensed community pharmacies for prescription drugs, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, vitamins, supplements, and personal health care essentials.
Shared Master Catalog: Products are indexed under a standardized national catalog. Individual partner pharmacies manage their own live inventory, set independent retail pricing, and fulfill customer orders directly. Items marked as "Catalog Only" indicate indexed pharmaceutical formulations currently pending local vendor stock.
Customers can pay for orders in Ghana Cedis (GHS) using:

Certified Dispensation: All regulated pharmaceutical items purchased on the platform are dispensed solely by qualified, FDA-licensed pharmacist partner locations displaying verified credentials.
Customers may post reviews for products they have purchased. Reviews are moderated for community integrity. PhamApps reserves the right to delete fraudulent, profane, or defamatory submissions. Users shall not attempt unauthorized access to platform servers, reverse-engineer proprietary APIs, or upload fraudulent licensing documentation.
All software algorithms, design systems, UI components, graphics, logos, and catalog classifications are the intellectual property of PhamApps or its licensors. Partner pharmacies retain full ownership of their registered store trade names and logos.
In accordance with our user empowerment standards, both Customers and Pharmacies have access to a dedicated Danger Zone in their dashboard settings to clear session cache, wipe personal profile data, or permanently delete their account with password verification. PhamApps reserves the right to terminate accounts that breach compliance standards or healthcare regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted under Ghanaian law, PhamApps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party vendor fulfillment delays, third-party payment gateway downtime, or unauthorized misuse of user credentials.
