2.2 Pharmacy Vendor Information
- Business Identity Data: Registered pharmacy name, contact person name, official business email, phone number, and physical store address.
- Regulatory & Compliance Documents: Pharmacy Council license number, official FDA certificate uploads, and verification records.
- Financial & Payout Data: Bank account or Mobile Money payout details strictly utilized for settling sales disbursements.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Order Routing & Fulfillment: Transmitting necessary dispatch details (customer name, contact number, delivery location, and ordered items) to the assigned fulfilling pharmacy.
- Account Authentication & Security: Validating logins, safeguarding session tokens, and processing password resets.
- Payment Processing: Reconciling order payments through our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, Paystack Ghana.
- Customer Support & Order Notifications: Sending automated email order confirmations, fulfillment status updates, and customer service communication.
4. Health & Medication Privacy
We recognize that medications and healthcare purchases constitute sensitive personal data. Information regarding health-related purchases is strictly confidential and accessible only to the dispensing licensed pharmacist and logistics couriers for fulfilling that exact order. We do not construct personal medical profiles for third-party advertising or commercial marketing.
5. Payment Gateway Security
All electronic payments on PhamApps are securely handled through Paystack Ghana (certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). PhamApps never stores, transmits, or possesses access to your raw credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or Mobile Money PINs.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
PhamApps uses essential cookies and browser storage solely to remember your shopping cart items, maintain active secure login sessions, and respect your interface preferences. We do not deploy invasive third-party tracking scripts.
7. User Empowerment & Danger Zone (Right to Erasure)
In accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, you maintain complete control over your personal data on PhamApps:
- Clear Cache & Sessions: Users can instantly terminate active sessions and reset local cookies via their settings page.
- Wipe Personal Data: Reset profile data, reviews, and wishlist records.
- Permanent Account Deletion: Instantly and permanently delete your account and personal identifiers from our databases using the Danger Zone in your profile settings.
