1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using PhamApps, you ("User", "Customer", "Pharmacy", or "Vendor") agree to be bound by these Terms and applicable laws of the Republic of Ghana. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Customer Accounts: Customers must provide accurate and complete registration details. You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
Pharmacy Vendor Licensure: PhamApps only lists verified, Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and Pharmacy Council of Ghana licensed pharmacies. Applications undergo document verification within 1–2 business days before activation.
3. Marketplace Model & Shared Catalog
PhamApps operates as a multi-vendor platform connecting patients with licensed community pharmacies. Pharmacies manage their own pricing, stock, and fulfill orders directly to customers.
4. Pricing, Platform Fees & Payments
Joining PhamApps is free for pharmacies. Pharmacies retain 90% of every sale, with a 10% platform commission fee. Payments are processed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via Paystack (Debit/Credit Cards and MTN, Telecel, AT Mobile Money) or Cash on Delivery (COD).
5. Medical Disclaimer
PhamApps provides an e-commerce marketplace and is not a clinic or medical provider. Platform content is informational only and does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.
6. Danger Zone & Account Erasure
Both Customers and Pharmacies have access to the Danger Zone in settings to wipe personal data, clear session cache, or permanently delete their account at any time.
Data Compliance: Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)
1. Information We Collect
We collect customer identity details (name, email, phone, delivery address), order history, reviews, and avatar preferences. For pharmacies, we collect store business details, GhanaPost GPS, and FDA/Pharmacy Council license documents.
2. Health & Medication Privacy
Your health and medication purchases are strictly confidential. Order details are shared only with the assigned dispensing licensed pharmacy and delivery courier. We never sell your personal health data to third-party advertisers.
3. Payment Security
All transactions are processed through Paystack Ghana (PCI-DSS compliant). PhamApps never stores or accesses your raw card numbers or Mobile Money PINs.
4. User Control & Right to Erasure
You can clear cache, wipe data, or permanently delete your account directly from your account settings page at any time.
